Families of MH370 demand answers

Dozens of relatives of Chinese passengers on missing flight MH370 have arrived in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur demanding answers from Malaysian authorities as to what happened to their relatives. Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 disappeared MH370 almost four weeks ago. A massive international search in the Southern Indian Ocean, where the airplane is believed to have crashed, has so far found no wreckage of it. For more go to BBC.

China seizes $14.5 billion from family of ex-security chief

Chinese authorities have seized assets estimated to be worth $14.5 billion from relatives and associates of Zhoug Yonkag, a former security tsar now at the centre of what is possibly China’s largest corruption scandal in more than 60 years. Investigators have seized more than $8 billion in bonds and stocks and more than 300 apartments and villas worth at least $200 million. For more go to Reuters.

Republicans seek to limit voting in battleground states

Republican legislators in key swing states such as Ohio and Wisconsin are pushing through measures  that will restrict the day and times polls are open and the locations where people can vote. Democrats have criticised the measures and say that they will affect most low-income voters and blacks, who have been key to Democrat victories in several swing states.
